Kusum Rathore
Kusum Rathore is the vice president of UTRF’s Knoxville Office. In this role, she negotiates and manages licenses, builds strategic alliances, and oversees technology transfer and intellectual property management for the diverse technologies coming out of the UT System. Darleen Weigel
Darleen Weigel serves as the part-time on-site coordinator for the Business Incubator. She is the primary interface for tenants and is a representative for UTRF with the community. She ensures that Incubator tenants’ needs are addressed, facilities are operational, and assists with events held in the building.
