Darleen Weigel serves as the part-time on-site coordinator for the Business Incubator. She is the primary interface for tenants and is a representative for UTRF with the community. She ensures that Incubator tenants’ needs are addressed, facilities are operational, and assists with events held in the building.
Rachel Kilpatrick
As UTRF’s marketing manager, Rachel leads design and implementation of UTRF’s marketing initiatives and ensures communication efforts effectively reach UTRF’s broad audience. She also consults with UTRF’s licensing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for UTRF technologies. Shelby Miller
Shelby Miller is responsible for administrative support to UTRF staff as Office Manager. She has a variety of experience in customer service in various professional settings. Shelby is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Psychology.
