a). TgMAT antigens, 1 ml.
b). Alkaline Buffer, 15 ml.
c). Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), 15 ml.
d). Positive control serum, 60 µl
e). Negative control serum, 60 µl
f). Evans blue dye (2 mg/ml in H2O), 1 ml.
