Tinieka is the Intellectual Property Paralegal at UTRF’s Memphis office and is responsible for processing invention disclosures, managing the technology database and patent portfolio, handling reporting requirements for the federal government, and managing the administrative needs of the UT Health Science Center Office. She has an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, an undergraduate degree in Non-Profit Development and Administration, and a graduate degree in Human Resources Leadership.
