
Luke Lybrand (Ex Officio) is the Treasurer of the University of Tennessee (UT) System and UTRF. For UT, he is responsible for financial accounting, cash management, financial reporting, endowment investment reporting, financial audits, and compliance, among other treasury functions.
Prior to joining UT, Luke worked for the University of North Texas System (UNT), where he chaired the UNT System’s Investment Advisory Committee and Retirement Plan Committee, led the University System Business Development Group, and provided campus presidents and the system’s chancellor with analysis on investment opportunities, including long-range business and financial planning.
Luke earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Texas.
