Ms. Tulika Rastogi, M.Sc. LL.B. is an assistant technology manager at the UTRF’s Memphis office, where she focuses on the commercialization of technologies developed from inventors at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), UT Martin, and UT Southern. Prior to joining UTRF, Tulika had extensive experience working on life science and design patent matters for universities and startups. Tulika is also a freelance science writer, writing about technology and innovation in health, life sciences, and intellectual property. She has published news and feature stories in Think Global Health (a Council on Foreign Relations initiative), IPWatchDog, and World IP Review. Tulika has M.Sc. in Plant Science with a specialization in virology and LL.B. from the University of Lucknow, India. She is licensed to practice with the Indian Patent Office.
